No Frills are ready to get your event pogoing.

We're a punk, new wave and rock covers band who always make sure everyone has a good time. We play Buzzcocks, The Clash, The Jam, Sex Pistols, The Undertones, Green Day, Foo Fighters, The Specials, Stiff Little Fingers and throw in a few surprises and originals to mix it up a bit.

Our style is exactly what it says on the tin - No Frills. We're a straight-up four piece band with Boris Bones on Vocals/Rhythm Guitar, Spider on Lead Guitar, Craig on Bass and Matt on Drums. Sometimes we add a frill, but spotting them is an art form.

Lingwood Fireworks Night - 25th October 2025

They asked us back! After a super night in 2024 complete with spectacular fireworks and super tasty treats, we're back to complete your evening with our punk, new wave and rock tunes.

Band Members

Boris Bones. The all-new frontman for No Frills. Bangs out tune after tune whether it be a chilled 60s mod number or a multi-octave metal tune.

Matt. He can play all the instruments in the band, but chose the drums. Driving us all the way, his key influences are metal and prog rock - which often comes out in his fills and solos.

Craig. Founder member of No Frills in 1997. He has a bass, so is the natural choice for that part. Loves all things punk and mod.

Spider. Original member of No Frills. With a unique guitar sound, he adds the frills where needed. The heart and soul of the band.

We love a pub gig. We cover Norfolk without any additional expenses and can cover slightly further with a little extra to cover our travel.
